Mont Blanc Trust aims to
create skills transformation opportunities for up-and-coming 100%
BEE owned companies entering the commercial property market. By
assisting external vendors with the skills and knowledge needed to
succeed in government-related projects, through international
experience in financial brokerage and commercial property
development, Mont Blanc Trust can facilitate successful turnkey
projects. These include projects involving the Department of Public
Works, for example the refurbishment of new offices for the Minister
of the Department for Woman, Children and People with Disabilities,
in Arcadia Pretoria.
Mont Blanc Trust provides a national, full property development
consulting service. The company's involvement ranges from sourcing
suitable land sites, to arranging local authority approvals,
managing the professional team or providing a turnkey service. Mont
Blanc Trust also assists with the refurbishment of existing
properties, management of the project post-development, and
facilitating the financial aspects.
